surveillance work?

We add your trademark to our system, that will weekly check the .CL domain names to see if a similar one has been registered.

Alert
In case we detect that a similar .CL domain name has been registered, we notify you immediately, so you can decide how to proceed.

Negotiation with the holder
If you think the domain name may affect your trademark rights, we contact the domain name holder to reach an amicable solution.

Domain name complaint
If the negotiations fail, we can file the domain name complaint, to petition to the judge that the domain name be transferred to you.
